As Safran Textile we execute any kinds of inspection and quality control processes for the satisfaction and safety of our ultimate customers. In garment manufacturing processes, Social Compliance Department makes inspections that meet the requirements and procedures of our company and customers in terms of ethical and technical issues, in both internal production areas and sub-contractors. Approval processes and sustainability are run extensively through the inspections of our customers and independent auditors (Sedex, ICS, BV PAS) as well. In addition to that, our company gives weight to job safety and aims to keep job safety at the ultimate level with the continuous trainings and control processes. We organize sports tournaments, yearly picnics and several celebrations for our employees’ satisfaction and commitment. For environmental management, we work for waste management and afforestation. We also have several programs with high schools and universities such as internships and training programs.
